Cold Fair — Chestnut Festival

The 2025 edition, the 63rd in its history, was held on Saturday, October 25, and Sunday, October 26, 2025, in the historic center of Lugagnano Val d'Arda (PC), with the heart of the event in Piazza Casana and near the Town Hall.

Saturday opened the fair in the late afternoon with a costume parade and a photographic exhibition, followed by the opening of food stalls and chestnut vendors with roasted chestnuts. In the evening, the Chestnut Palio (3rd edition) and a live music concert by the I-Doll Band took place.

Sunday featured, among other things, a mountain bike event in the morning, the reopening of food stalls at noon, and in the afternoon, an orchestra with traditional dances. Throughout the fair, markets, chestnut vendors, and an amusement park for children enlivened the town's streets.
