Edition 2025 — Civic Paella Festival

The first edition of the Civic Paella Festival inaugurated a new gastronomic event in the spring calendar of Val Taro in Boschetto di Albareto. Born from the initiative of the Pro Loco and the community of the hamlet, the evening brought the large Spanish paella to the Apennine mountains of Parma for the first time, achieving good public success and laying the groundwork for subsequent editions.

The first edition of the Civic Paella Festival was held in the spring of 2025 in Boschetto, a hamlet of Albareto (PR). The idea of offering Valencian paella, cooked in a large communal pan and shared by all attendees, won over the Val Taro community, accustomed to the classic local product fairs like the porcini mushroom. The success of this debut convinced the organizers to repeat the event, giving life to a festival destined to grow and carve out a stable place among Boschetto's summer celebrations.
