Historic cars take center stage in Lumezzane

The City of Lumezzane – Coppa d'Oro AVIS and Coppa Pam is one of the best-known regularity races for historic cars on the national calendar. Based in Lumezzane, in Val Trompia, province of Brescia, it is valid for the Italian Historic Cars Regularity Championship (CIREAS) of ACI Sport, the highest Italian circuit for the discipline.

What is a regularity race?

Unlike speed competitions, regularity does not reward the fastest but the most precise: crews must complete the course respecting pre-established times and averages, passing through timing points with the utmost accuracy. It is a discipline that requires concentration, harmony between driver and navigator, and a deep knowledge of one's own vintage car.

A route that changes every year

The route winds along the roads of the province of Brescia, with possible variations in neighboring provinces, and is renewed with each edition to offer a technically challenging and scenically fascinating test. Historic cars travel through the landscapes and towns of the valley, offering enthusiasts and the curious the spectacle of vintage cars in motion.

The event is organized by ASD Lumeventi, based in Lumezzane, and represents an identity-defining event for the Val Trompia community.
