Città di Vita International Folklore Festival

The 2025 edition of the Città di Vita International Folklore Festival took place, as per tradition, in the month of August in the historic center of Vita, in the province of Trapani. Once again, the event, organized by the Sicilia Bedda Folkloric Group, brought together groups from various countries around the world alongside local Sicilian performers.

The evenings featured parades and performances of traditional dances and songs, with guest groups in colorful traditional attire, accompanied by traditional instruments such as the accordion, mandolin, tambourine, and friscaletto. There was no shortage of the social moments typical of the festival, such as the traditional sausage feast, which strengthens the spirit of community and brotherhood among peoples that lies at the heart of the festival.
