Cisterna Film Festival

The 11th edition of the Cisterna Film Festival was held from July 18 to 20, 2025, at Palazzo Caetani, in Cisterna di Latina, with free admission. The opening evening on Friday began with the photography exhibition Humans – precious diversity by Martino Cusano, followed by screenings in the courtyard, featuring both out-of-competition works and short films in competition.

Nineteen short films from all over the world vied for the best film award, assigned by a jury of experts composed of actor and director Gabriel Montesi, documentary filmmaker Emma Rossi Landi, film critic Cecilia Strazza, and cinematographer Enrico De Divitiis. In addition to the main prize, awards were given for best director and the new prize for the best Italian short film, named after the Rotary Club Aprilia-Cisterna. The event was organized by MOBilitazioni Artistiche with the patronage and support of the Municipality of Cisterna di Latina and the artistic direction of Cristian Scardigno.
