Edition 2025 — Cinema Nights at Piazza Vittorio

The 25th edition of Cinema Nights at Piazza Vittorio took place from July 12 to September 14, 2025, in the Nicola Calipari Gardens, in the Esquilino district. To celebrate its first quarter-century, the arena offered the best of the season's cinema every evening at 9:30 PM, with numerous guests—including Michele Placido at the opening night—who introduced screenings or engaged with the audience.

In 2025, Cinema Nights at Piazza Vittorio celebrated its 25th edition, an important milestone for the historic Esquilino summer arena in Rome. From July 12 to September 14, every evening at 9:30 PM, the big screen in the Nicola Calipari Gardens hosted a selection of the season's best films, with special guests accompanying the screenings: from the opening night with Michele Placido to meetings with directors and authors such as Antonio Piazza and Fabio Grassadonia.

Alongside the cinema, the festival offered literary events and, every Monday from July 28 to September 8, evenings dedicated to the combination of cinematic culture and wine tradition, with a tribute to the excellent wines of the Lazio region. Tickets maintained popular prices: €3.50 for Italian and European films and €6.00 for non-EU films.
