Edition 2025 — Cineforum Grotte

In 2025, the Cineforum Città di Grotte confirmed its formula of auteur cinema and debates with filmmakers, with a program dedicated to contemporary Sicilian cinema. The festival, directed by Aristotele Cuffaro for the Nino Martoglio Association, involved local schools as usual, continuing the path started with editions dedicated to directors like Toni Trupia and Nella Condorelli.

The 2025 edition

The Cineforum Città di Grotte renewed its appointment with the big screen in 2025, held between the San Nicola Auditorium and local school buildings in the province of Agrigento. The festival, conceived and directed by Aristotele Cuffaro for the Nino Martoglio Cultural and Theatre Association, maintained its focus on Sicilian cinema and themes of memory and local identity.

As in previous editions, the screenings were accompanied by moments of discussion and debate, involving students from the schools of Grotte and Racalmuto, confirming the educational and outreach vocation that has always characterized the cineforum.
