Cigoli Marzuolo Truffle Market Exhibition

The 2025 edition of the Cigoli Marzuolo Truffle Market Exhibition confirmed its long-standing format: two weekends in March dedicated to the marzuolo truffle (or bianchetto), the seasonal truffle of the San Miniato district. In the medieval village of Cigoli, visitors were able to taste and purchase fresh truffles, wine, extra virgin olive oil, and local products, stop at the "I Giorni del Tartufo" restaurant for traditional dishes, and watch truffle dog demonstrations, alongside exhibitions and activities for children. An event curated by the San Miniato Promozione Foundation and the G. Gori Association, also serving as an opportunity to discover the birthplace of Ludovico Cardi.
