Ciampino Carnival

Carnival has always been a highly anticipated moment for the community of Ciampino, in the Metropolitan City of Rome Capital. During the 2025 season, the masquerade tradition remained alive among local entities: schools, youth centers, parishes, associations, and senior clubs organized festive moments, creative workshops, and masquerade parties dedicated primarily to children and families.

The city's bond with Carnival is rooted in the collective memory of Ciampino and the passion of the groups that, over time, have built the town's allegorical floats. This very attachment drove the community to work toward the grand return of the parades, bringing the colors, music, and joy of the most authentic carnival tradition back to the streets.
