Ciambella al Mosto Festival

The 28th edition

On Sunday, October 19, 2025, from 9 am to 9 pm, Marino hosted the twenty-eighth Ciambella al Mosto Festival, dedicated to the city's pastry protected by the De.Co. mark. The event took place along Corso Trieste and in the San Barnaba and della Repubblica squares.

The day began at 10 am with the opening of artisan stalls and a play area for children, continued at 11 am with a parade of vintage Fiat 500s accompanied by the band, and at noon with the blessing of the ciambelle. In the afternoon, from 4:30 pm, circus workshops and entertainment preceded the free tasting at 5 pm, offered by the Consortium's bakeries. At 7 pm, the fourth edition of the "Ciambella of the Year" competition was held, and at 8 pm, the fire artists' show closed the festival.

The 2025 edition saw the appointment of Venanzio Sagratella, founder of the festival, as honorary president, who was awarded a plaque during the presentation on October 14. The artistic direction of the entertainment and shows was curated by Sara Amitrano.
