Edition 2025 — Ciaffagnone Festival

The 2025 edition of the Ciaffagnone Festival was held from June 13 to 15 at the "A. Goracci" Municipal Stadium in San Casciano dei Bagni. Three days featuring savory and sweet ciaffagnone, the new addition of handmade tagliatelle with St. George's mushroom sauce, live music, artistic gymnastics, and dance evenings organized by the Pro Loco.

In 2025, the Ciaffagnone Festival in San Casciano dei Bagni took place from June 13 to 15 at the "A. Goracci" Municipal Stadium. The Pro Loco food stands opened at 7:30 PM on Friday and Saturday, while on Sunday the festival expanded to the entire day with a market and stands active from 12:30 PM. Among the novelties of the edition were handmade tagliatelle seasoned with St. George's mushroom sauce, alongside the ciaffagnone in savory and sweet versions. The musical program featured Bang Cock on Friday, the Fabrik DJ set on Saturday, and on Sunday, artistic gymnastics in the afternoon, a band performance, and a dance evening with Lorenzo Vergili.
