Edition 2025 — Ciaccietta Festival

In the summer of 2025, Ischia di Castro once again renewed its appointment with the Ciaccietta Festival, the event dedicated to the fried pizza that is one of the symbols of local cuisine. As per tradition, the stands managed by volunteers offered the specialty in savory and sweet versions, accompanied by musical evenings in the square in the convivial atmosphere typical of the Viterbo Tuscia festivals.

The event was confirmed in 2025 as one of the most followed summer appointments in Ischia di Castro, in northern Lazio. The format is the one consolidated over the years: preparation of the ciaccietta to order, dual savory and sweet offerings, open-air tables in the town center, and music in the square to close the evening.
