Christmas – Solidarity and Inclusion

The second edition of Christmas – Solidarity and Inclusion brought the Borgo Pozzo Casale in Carmiano (Lecce) to life from Friday, December 12 to Sunday, December 14, 2025, with doors opening on the first day at 7:00 PM. Promoted by the Performarsi Onlus association, the event featured local exhibitors, live music, traditional gastronomy with food and drink stands, face painting, inflatables, and the magical Santa's House.

The evenings hosted an exhibition of antique work tools, screenings of vintage photographs, a book presentation by Prof. Silvio Macchia, and musical performances by the "Sinfonia per tutte le stagioni" school and the band Skhisma. The symbol of the edition was the nativity scene created in the village with the involvement of refugees and asylum seekers, testifying to the values of welcome and inclusion that drive the initiative.
