Christmas Markets in the Village

A look back at the 2025 edition

The 2025 Christmas Markets in the Village animated the historic center of Castellabate on December 6, 7, 8, 12, 13, 14, 19, 20, and 21, with stalls open continuously from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

The event, promoted by the Municipality of Castellabate, opened on Saturday, December 6, at 5:30 PM with an inauguration ceremony at the Belvedere San Costabile: a theatrical prologue by the Bottega Teatrale, dance school performances, a storyteller show, and, in the evening, a DJ set in Piazza 10 Ottobre 1123.

In the following days, the route between the Castello dell'Abate and the village alleys hosted craft and local gastronomy stalls, roaming shows, aerial dance, creative workshops for children, and tastings of typical Cilento products. For Mayor Marco Rizzo, the edition confirmed the growth of an event capable of enhancing the territory's identity and attracting visitors from all over Italy.
