On the weekend of November 29 and 30, 2025, the medieval village of Tussio came alive again for the traditional Christmas festival. Among the illuminated streets and squares, visitors found markets with ornaments, decorations, and artisan objects, while in every cellar, one could discover handmade gifts and ancient crafts.

Great emphasis was placed on typical local products at the food stalls: truffles, chickpeas, and L'Aquila saffron. For the little ones, there was the Kingdom of Santa Claus with creative workshops, letter writing, and animation games (from 3:30 PM to 7:30 PM), accompanied by roving music (3:30 PM - 7:00 PM) and shows through the village streets (4:00 PM - 7:00 PM). There was no shortage of nativity scenes and the notes of bagpipers, in a cozy and genuine atmosphere.
