Edition 2025 — Christmas in Lanciano
The 2024/2025 program animated Lanciano with about seventy events spread over forty days in different areas of the city. The weekend of December 6-7 marked the start of the most popular Christmas atmosphere, with markets, food stalls, workshops, exhibitions, and the arrival of Santa Claus in various districts.
The program included concerts, art exhibitions, nativity scenes, creative workshops, and the Christmas Village with games and attractions for families, in addition to the customary Squilla on December 23rd, an identity ritual that has brought the Frentano community together in Piazza Plebiscito since 1607 with the torchlight procession toward the Iconicella.
