Edition 2025 — Chiodo di Maiale Festival

The 38th edition of the Chiodo di Maiale Festival was held in February 2025 in Quercia di Aulla, confirming the most anticipated winter event in the Lunigiana village. In 2025 as well, the chiodo cooked between tiles, porchetta, and testaroli with pesto drew visitors into the heated halls, with Sunday dedicated to the Farmers' Fair.

In February 2025, the Pro Loco La Quercia d'Oro brought back the Chiodo di Maiale Festival in the hamlet of Quercia, Municipality of Aulla (Massa-Carrara). The program, faithful to tradition, featured weekend dinners and Sunday lunch, with the chiodo di maiale as the star alongside cold cuts, polenta with mushrooms, and typical Lunigiana desserts.

As every year, on Sunday the festival joined the Farmers' Fair, renewing the village's bond with the rural world and laying the groundwork for the 2026 edition.
