Edition 2025 — Children's Carnival
In 2025, the Children's Carnival of Grottammare reached its 41st edition, with a program dedicated to caring for the environment and people. About 300 children from the Leopardi Comprehensive Institute paraded in seven themed groups, from "little doctors" to environmental superheroes "Green Defenders," from "guardians of the past" to groups dedicated to gardeners, firefighters, and sea protection.
The events were spread over three afternoons: Thursday, February 27, in Piazza Carducci with the themed show "The Lion King," Sunday, March 2, with the parade in Piazza Fazzini, and Tuesday, March 4, with the themed show "Oceania." Accompanying the events were baby dances, face painting, and inflatable attractions. Participation, as is tradition, was free and open to all.
