Chiesetto "In Ciuma al Prà" Festival

In 2025, the Chiesetto "In Ciuma al Prà" Festival once again brought the community of Carcoforo, a Walser village in the Egua Valley, together around the Chiesetto, one of the most cherished spots in the village. The day followed the traditional format: a gathering and prayer at the Chiesetto, Holy Mass at the Santa Croce parish church, and an aperitif in the square.

The event, managed by the Walser Carcoforo Group and the Pro Loco, confirmed its character as a celebration of prayer, tradition, and conviviality, serving as a prelude to the summer season in the highest and most picturesque village of the Sermenza Valley.
