Edition 2025 — Chianina & Syrah

The eighth edition of Chianina & Syrah took place in Cortona from March 7 to 9, 2025. The 'Buon Vivere' festival opened with the international symposium "Cortona City of Art and Syrah" at Palazzo Casali and the gala dinner at Teatro Signorelli, "The White Giant marries the Prince Syrah". Over the weekend, the Centro Convegni Sant'Agostino hosted the "Morsi e Sorsi" section with winery stands and local restaurants.

The 2025 edition, the eighth of the event, featured over 40 wineries for tasting, 35 gastronomic stands, three wine masterclasses, two starred dinners, five talks, and numerous cooking masterclasses. The heart of the program, as per tradition, was the preview of the Cortona DOC Syrah wine and the celebration of Chianina beef, accompanied by cooking shows and workshops for children. The festival confirmed the strong bond between the Etruscan city and the two local treasures, blending haute cuisine and the promotion of the Tuscan 'Buon Vivere'.
