Edition 2025 — Chianina Bull Festival

In 2025, the Chianina Bull Festival once again enlivened Montecchio Vesponi, a village in Castiglion Fiorentino, during the month of September. Organized by U.S. Castiglionese at the local sports club, the festival featured Chianina beef grilled over a brazier alongside traditional Tuscan dishes, with evenings of music and conviviality that attracted visitors from all over the Valdichiana area of Arezzo.

The 2025 edition of the Chianina Bull Festival took place in Montecchio Vesponi (Castiglion Fiorentino, Arezzo) in September, confirming the success of an event that began in 2022 and has grown rapidly. In this edition, the signature dish was once again the Chianina bull cooked 'Castiglionese-style' over a large brazier, accompanied by traditional Tuscan cuisine offered by the sports club's stands. The evenings, organized by U.S. Castiglionese together with local districts and clubs, combined gastronomy, music, and moments dedicated to sports in an authentic village festival atmosphere.
