Edition 2025 — Chestnut Festival

In 2025, the Chestnut Festival of Miradolo Terme was held on Sunday, October 19, in Piazza del Comune. An autumn day with food stalls, chestnuts, chestnut risotto, tripe, and 'patuna', popular games, live music, and the traditional Greased Pole.

The 2025 edition of the Chestnut Festival took place on Sunday, October 19, in Miradolo Terme, in Piazza del Comune. The autumn festival celebrated the chestnut and the flavors of peasant tradition from the Bassa pavese, with a mix of food stalls, popular games, and live music.

Among the specialties offered were chestnuts, fried pumpkin, chestnut risotto tasted in the late afternoon, tripe, and 'patuna'. Lunch was served by reservation from 12:30 PM, while in the afternoon the Greased Pole, a wooden pole over ten meters high, was the main attraction, drawing onlookers and participants in a cheerful test of skill.
