Chestnut Festival of Tusa

The 2025 Chestnut Festival in Tusa confirmed the success of a well-established autumn tradition, now in its thirtieth year. Between Piazza Mazzini and the streets of the historic center, the stands offered roasted chestnuts, chestnuts prepared in numerous recipes, and the sausage sandwiches typical of Tusa's cuisine, alongside other local products.

The evenings were enlivened by live music, singing, and traditional folk dances, while the churches and monuments of the medieval village remained open to visitors for free. A weekend of celebration that drew gastronomy and tradition enthusiasts to Tusa from all over the province of Messina.
