Edition 2025 — Chestnut Festival in Bore

The 2025 edition of the Chestnut Festival in Bore took place on Sunday, October 12, on the usual second Sunday of the month. The streets of the Apennine village were filled with stalls, typical products, food stands, and roasted chestnuts, with the Bionda di Vezzolacca chestnut at the center of the festival and thousands of visitors who came for the occasion.

2025 Edition

The Chestnut Festival in Bore took place on Sunday, October 12, 2025, confirming the tradition of the second Sunday in October. Along the streets of the village, in the Parma Apennines, there were stalls selling chestnuts and undergrowth products, food stands with local specialties, and roasted chestnuts prepared on the spot.

In 2025 too, the Bionda di Vezzolacca was the great protagonist, attracting visitors from all over the region for a day dedicated to the flavors and autumn traditions of the upper Val Ceno.
