Edition 2025 — Cherry Festival

In 2025, the Cherry Festival once again enlivened Villanova sull'Arda with its traditional format over two weekends in June. The Pro Loco offered the cherry train, walks through the cherry orchards, evening ballroom dancing under the marquee, a market, and food stalls with cherry-based specialties, confirming the festival as one of the most beloved events of the Piacenza summer.

Cherry Festival 2025

The 2025 edition of the Cherry Festival in Villanova sull'Arda, in the Province of Piacenza, reprised the established format of the event organized by the Pro Loco: two weekends in June dedicated to cherries and the discovery of the cherry orchards of the Bassa Piacentina.

With the cherry train, walks and bike rides among the rows of trees, evening ballroom dancing, and food stalls with typical dishes and cherry desserts, the festival reaffirmed its role as a showcase for the region and its orchards, attracting visitors from all over the province.
