Edition 2025 — Cherry Festival
The 110th edition of the Cherry Festival was held in Pecetto Torinese from Friday, June 6 to Sunday, June 8, 2025. Organized by the Municipality with the Pro Loco and FACOLT, it featured the Cherry Concert, the Red Dinner with a cherry-red dress code, the cherry growers' market, and the 2nd edition of the World Pit Spitting Championship.
Program 110th edition (June 6-8, 2025)
The 2025 edition celebrated the 110th anniversary of the event, honoring cherry growing in the Turin hills.
- Friday, June 6, 9:00 PM — Cherry Concert in Piazza Roma with the La Ceresera band, opening the festival.
- Saturday, June 7, 8:00 PM — Red Dinner in Piazza Roma with a cherry-red dress code; followed by live dance music and the symbolic investiture of the Bela Ceresera and Munsù Grafiün.
- Sunday, June 8, 9:30 AM-11:30 AM — World Cherry Pit Spitting Championship (2nd edition), for children and adults; 11:30 AM — official inauguration and market with the best cherry growers and producers from the Chierese-Carmagnolese Food District.
The event, organized in collaboration with the Pro Loco and FACOLT (Association of Fruit Growers of the Turin Hills), showcased the fruits of a century-old tradition in the "Cherry Village".
