Edition 2025 — Cherry Festival

The 97th Cherry Festival took place in Palombara Sabina from May 30 to June 2 and then on June 7-8, 2025. The village hosted food stalls with local products, musical and comedy shows, family entertainment, and the traditional parades of allegorical floats covered in cherries and flowers. The event closed on June 8 with the victory of the '00 Dick Dastardly' float.

The 2025 edition

The 97th Cherry Festival brought Palombara Sabina to life in two stages: a first block of days from May 30 to June 2, 2025, and the final weekend of June 7 and 8. As per tradition, the heart of the festival was the procession of allegorical floats along the streets of the historic center, with structures over four meters high entirely covered in cherries and flowers.

Alongside the parades, the program offered musical and comedy shows, family entertainment, and numerous food stalls dedicated to typical Sabina products, starting naturally with the Ravenna cherry. The final Sunday saw the awarding of the winning float, '00 Dick Dastardly', at the end of a day of great popular participation.
