The fiftieth anniversary

The 2025 edition marked fifty years of the Maenza event. The stalls opened on Saturday from 5:00 PM and Sunday from 10:30 AM, with Piazza Leone XIII as the heart of the festival. The program alternated theatrical performances, folk concerts, and musical evenings at the amphitheater, while the gastronomic side revolved around the giuncata del pastore and the free distribution of cherries offered by local producers.

There was no shortage of activities for families, with pony rides for children and a vintage car exhibition. Sunday afternoon was dedicated to the parade with marching bands, folk groups, and majorettes along the village streets. To facilitate visitor access, the Municipality of Maenza activated a free shuttle service.
