Charity Concert for the Italian Union of the Blind and Visually Impaired of Biella

The Charity Concert for the Italian Union of the Blind and Visually Impaired of Biella is part of a commitment that the Municipality of Mongrando and the Elvo Valley community have been carrying out for years for the benefit of the Biella community. Live music, hosted in municipal spaces, has long been the chosen tool to raise funds for the prevention of visual pathologies promoted by the UICI.
