Chantén mai — Choral Encounter

The twenty-fifth edition of Chantén mai marked an important milestone for the choral festival of San Damiano Macra. The evening took place on Saturday, May 31, 2025, at 9:00 PM in the parish church of the Maira Valley village.

The guest for the 2025 edition was the Coro Pasubio di Vallarsa (Trentino-Alto Adige), a group founded in 1966 and conducted by Ivan Cobbe, one of the most renowned choral ensembles in the Alpine region. The program featured a repertoire of alpine music and tradition.

The following morning, Sunday, June 1, the Coro Pasubio performed during the 11:15 AM Holy Mass in the same church, extending the celebration of choral singing beyond the evening event.
