Cervellata Festival

The 2025 Cervellata Festival was held on July 12th and 13th in the village of Quasano, a hamlet of Toritto, in the heart of the Murgia area near Bari. In that edition, the star was once again the cervellata, the typical local sausage, enjoyed at the food stalls alongside other Apulian specialties.

On Saturday, July 12th, the program opened at 7:30 PM with the children's show "Il Castello dei sogni" (The Castle of Dreams), followed by the official inauguration at 8:00 PM and, at 9:30 PM, the "Nei 90 io c'ero" (I was there in the 90s) evening, a dive into the nineties with DJ sets, dancers, and live vocals. On Sunday, July 13th, the comedy of "Scemi Freddi" at 9:00 PM preceded the 10:00 PM concert by the group "Discoring", dedicated to the greatest hits of Italian and international disco music.
