Certamen Ovidianum Sulmonense

The twenty-fourth edition of the Certamen Ovidianum Sulmonense took place in Sulmona with the closing ceremony on Saturday, April 12, 2025, at the Cinema Pacifico. The awards ceremony was accompanied by a Lectura Ovidii by actress Almerica Schiavo, who was also awarded the "Ovidio Giovani" prize.

First place and the 1,000 euro prize went to Federico Loreti (Liceo Classico Frezzi-Angela in Foligno); second place went to Edoardo Litterio from the Liceo d'Annunzio in Pescara, and third to Giulia Presillai, also from Foligno. Among the awardees were students from Austria (Graz) and Germany (Celle), as well as Niccolò Desiati from Sulmona's Liceo Ovidio, who was recognized with the Rotary Prize.
