In August 2025, the Ceriana Sausage Festival enlivened the village with two days of taste, music, and tradition. The challenge between Confraternities and butcher shops for the best Soussissa Serianasca attracted visitors from the hinterland and the Imperia coast.
The 2025 edition of the Sausage Festival confirmed one of the most beloved gastronomic events of the Ceriana summer, in the province of Imperia. The local sausage, among the most renowned in Italy, was the star at the stands in the historic center, while the traditional challenge between the village's Confraternities and butcher shops renewed a ritual that combines taste, community, and village identity.
