Edition 2025 — Risotto Festival

The 42nd Cergnago Risotto Festival took place from September 18th to 21st, 2025, organized by the Pro Loco. Four days of dinners featuring risotto and Lomellina specialties, dancing evenings, karaoke, and cover bands, culminating in Sunday's Grand Prix of Risotto with pedal-powered cars and free risotto distribution.

The 2025 edition of the Cergnago Risotto Festival spanned four days: Thursday the 18th, dinner from 8:00 PM, karaoke, and dancing; Friday the 19th, a musical evening and presentation of the pedal-powered car Grand Prix teams; Saturday the 20th, dinner and a concert by the cover band Vandali; Sunday the 21st, qualifiers in Piazza Castello, lunch, the Grand Prix of Risotto race in the afternoon, and free risotto distribution at 5:00 PM. The menu included risotto with mushrooms and salami, polenta, gorgonzola, and roast meat.
