Centenary Celebrations of the Pray Pianceri Alpini Group

The 2025 edition of the Pray Pianceri Alpini Group gatherings took place in the lead-up to the 2026 centenary. As every year, the group, active in the ANA Valsesiana Section, continued its volunteer work and maintenance of alpine traditions in the area of Pray, in the Province of Biella, preparing for the celebrations of the hundred years since its founding in 1926.

The 'black feathers' of Pray Pianceri, like all alpine groups in the Valsessera, continued to be a living presence in the community: from moments of convivial gathering to supporting local initiatives and caring for the memory of the fallen. A year of quiet work and service spirit that laid the foundations for the major event of 2026, when the town would celebrate a century of alpine history with three days of festivities.
