The 2025 Cena in Bianco took place on Friday, July 25, in Piazza Vittorio Veneto in Canosa di Puglia, under the theme "Be Cool, Be White". It was one of the flagship events of the Estate Canosina: over a thousand participants crowded the square, all strictly dressed in white, amidst set tables, music, and entertainment. An almost unexpected success, confirmed by the number of attendees and, above all, by the enthusiasm with which the community responded.

The evening, organized by the Unconventional Dinner association in collaboration with Mosaico Group, confirmed the event's vocation: not just entertainment and elegance, but also conviviality and solidarity. Included in the rich summer program of the Municipality of Canosa di Puglia—which in 2025 hosted concerts by Mario Biondi, The Kolors, Andrea Sannino, and Kelly Joice, among others—the Cena in Bianco returned as one of the most characteristic events of the Daunian city.
