Edition 2025 — Cena dell'Ocio

In the summer of 2025, the Cena dell'Ocio returned to Montecchio Vesponi as is now customary, once again offering an evening dedicated to goose-based recipes. Organized by the CAS Montecchio Vesponi APS, it reaffirmed its role as a convivial early-summer event for the village of Castiglion Fiorentino, blending traditional cuisine with the genuine atmosphere of a village festival.

The 2025 edition of the Cena dell'Ocio took place in the summer in Montecchio Vesponi, a hamlet of Castiglion Fiorentino (AR), confirming an event now deeply rooted in the local festival calendar.

As every year, the evening organized by the CAS Montecchio Vesponi APS brought goose to the table, cooked according to the peasant tradition of the Val di Chiana, in an open-air dinner designed for the community and visitors alike. A genuine opportunity to taste typical Aretine cuisine and gather in good company at the foot of the medieval castle of Montecchio Vesponi.
