Celebrating Saint Francis

From October 3 to 5, 2025, the Capuchin Convent of Campli, in the province of Teramo, hosted the annual edition of Celebrating Saint Francis, the festival dedicated to the patron saint of Italy. Organized by the APS Gli Amici del Convento, the event combined the religious dimension — with Eucharistic celebrations and rites in honor of Saint Francis of Assisi, culminating in the solemnity of October 4th — with the social gatherings that every year attract the faithful and families from the Campli village and the surrounding areas.

The festival took place in the evocative setting of the San Giacomo Apostolo complex, one of the most cherished places of spirituality for the community of Campli, confirming an appointment now deeply rooted in the autumn calendar of the Teramo Abruzzo.
