Cefalù Film Festival 2025

The 2025 edition was held in Cefalù from October 30 to November 2, between the Hotel Sea Palace and the Cinema Astro, with a section reserved for schools during the first two days. The "Pellicola della Pace" Award, the festival's most prestigious recognition, was awarded to the film "L'acqua fresca" by Marianna Sciveres, with the Jury noting "the ability to recount contemporary disorientation through the grace of comedy, without ever renouncing the complexity of feelings." Among the nominated films was also "L'amore in teoria" by Luca Lucini. The edition confirmed the festival's formula, consisting of free-entry screenings, meetings with directors, and award ceremonies in the heart of the pearl of the Madonie.
