Edition 2025 — Ce soir un au revoir
The 2025 edition of Ce soir un au revoir took place on Saturday, August 23, 2025, starting at 9:00 PM, in Gaby's communal square. The village bid farewell to the summer season and its welcome guests with a festive evening enlivened by a performance from Cinzia Tarditi's accordion group. At the end of the show, the Pro Loco of Gaby offered all attendees a tasting of local products: whipped cream, tegole, and vin brûlé. A convivial and genuine event that sweetly concluded the summer in the Walser village of the Valle del Lys.
