Edition 2025 — Ce Soir Un Au Revoir
The 2025 edition of Ce Soir Un Au Revoir took place on Saturday, August 23, 2025, starting at 9:00 PM, in Gaby's municipal square. The village bid farewell to the summer season and its welcome guests with an evening of celebration enlivened by a performance by Cinzia Tarditi's accordion group. At the end of the show, the Pro Loco of Gaby offered all attendees a tasting of local products: whipped cream, tegole biscuits, and mulled wine. A convivial and genuine event that sweetly closed the summer in the Walser village of the Lys Valley.
