Edition 2025 — Cazzateddha Festival

The 2025 edition of the Cazzateddha Festival took place in Surbo from July 4 to 6, 2025, on Via Brenta, in the area of the Church of Santa Lucia. Three days dedicated to the typical Salento flatbread, prepared live by the expert hands of local residents, with tastings of local products, music, and moments of conviviality enlivened by dozens of volunteers, associations, families, and local businesses.

2025 Edition

The 2025 Cazzateddha Festival was held in Surbo, in the province of Lecce, from Friday, July 4, to Sunday, July 6, 2025, along Via Brenta, in the heart of the Salento town. The event, organized by the Santa Lucia Festival Committee led by Longo Jons with the support of parish priest Don Antonio Sozzo, celebrated the cazzateddha, a humble and genuine flatbread of the peasant tradition recognized as a Traditional Agri-Food Product of Puglia.

True to the community spirit of the festival, the 2025 edition saw dozens of volunteers, associations, families, and local businesses working together to prepare products, manage stalls, decorate the streets, and welcome artists, confirming the festival as a moment of strong identity and cohesion for Surbo.
