Edition 2025 — Cazzarieglie and Fasciuoli Festival

Following in the footsteps of previous editions — the 42nd was held in 2024 — the Cazzarieglie and Fasciuoli Festival returned in summer 2025 to the Medieval Village of Vastogirardi, with handmade pasta served with beans and pork rind, stalls of typical products, and evening music, confirming itself as one of the most beloved gastronomic events in Alto Molise.

The festival, which reached its 42nd edition in 2024, renewed its appointment in summer 2025 in the Medieval Village of Vastogirardi. The star dish, cazzarieglie and fasciuoli, fresh handmade pasta served with beans, pork rind, and rustic sauce, was accompanied by sausage, cheeses, sweets, and wine. The evening, organized by the Pro Loco, concluded with live music, in the castle setting.

Programme

Gastronomic evening in the Medieval Village with the opening of food stalls from around 8:30 PM: tasting of cazzarieglie and fasciuoli, sausage, dairy products, sweets, and local wine, and an evening concert.
