Edition 2025 — Castro Wine Fest

The ninth edition of the Castro Wine Fest took place from July 3 to 6, 2025, in the seaside village of Castro. Opened on July 3 by a gourmet preview with guided AIS tastings, a show cooking session by pastry chef Giuseppe Zippo, and demonstrations on liqueurs by Giovanni Venneri, the event offered the classic route from July 4 to 6 with over 50 Apulian wineries and twelve gastronomic proposals along the 800 meters of the historic center.

Castro Wine Fest 2025 — 9th Edition

The ninth edition of the Castro Wine Fest was held from July 3 to 6, 2025, in the ancient village of Castro, in the province of Lecce. The festival kicked off on Thursday, July 3, with a gourmet preview, enriched by guided tastings by AIS experts, a show cooking session by pastry chef Giuseppe Zippo, and liqueur demonstrations by Giovanni Venneri.

From Friday, July 4 to Sunday, July 6, the classic route took place, featuring over 50 wineries from all over Puglia and twelve gastronomic proposals selected from the region's finest. The 800-meter path crossed the Piazza Perotti Belvedere, the scenic walls, the Aragonese Castle, and the Temple of Minerva, confirming the festival as one of the premier food and wine events of the Salento summer.
