Castle of Fear

On Halloween night 2025, spirits, witches, and vampires once again populated the medieval village of Rocchette, a hamlet of Torri in Sabina in the province of Rieti, for the Castle of Fear organized by the CentoPerCento Rocchette association with the Municipality. From 8:00 PM, visitors walked through the themed alleys amidst chilling apparitions and scenery, guided by the traditional Tour of Fear.

The food and wine trail wound through four cellars featuring Sabina autumn flavors: beans with pork rinds, mezze maniche with pumpkin and guanciale, wild boar meatballs, falloni sabini, and desserts, with water and three glasses of wine included in the ticket. The evening featured the Horror Circus Show by Giullari del 2000 and a concert by Sendmen, a historic Metallica tribute band active since 1993, before the grand finale with the fireworks display. Tickets were available on TicketItalia: full price €25, reduced €15, free for children under 14 with a dedicated menu.
