Edition 2025 — Castiglione Carnival

The 2025 edition of the Castiglione di Sicilia Carnival took place from Saturday, March 1, to Tuesday, March 4, 2025, with four days of events spread across the historic center's squares. Featuring allegorical float parades, masked groups, and dance parties, the event reaffirmed its role as a landmark celebration for the entire Etna region. Free admission.

2025 Carnival in Castiglione di Sicilia

The 2025 edition spanned four days, from Saturday, March 1, to Tuesday, March 4. On Saturday, March 1, the festivities began with an evening dance party in Piazza Lauria at 9:00 PM. On Sunday, March 2, at 4:00 PM, the parade of groups and allegorical floats departed from Piazza Lauria, followed in the evening by another dance party in Piazza XII Agosto. On Monday, March 3, the dance party moved to Piazza San Martino. Tuesday, March 4, marked the grand finale with the second float parade from Piazza Lauria at 4:00 PM and the final dance party in Piazza San Martino. Numerous masked groups and allegorical floats were officially registered for the event, promoted by the Municipality of Castiglione di Sicilia with free admission.
