The Castelverde Carnival in 2025

The 2025 edition of the Castelverde Carnival took place in February, according to the established tradition of the event organized by the Associazione Culturale Castellaccio in the Castelverde district of Rome, in the Municipio VI delle Torri, in Lazio.

As every year, the festive afternoon saw the parade of allegorical floats built by volunteers, masked groups with children from local schools and sports clubs, the band, and street performers. The procession concluded in the Piazza del Mercato area, the heart of neighborhood life, with the tasting of fried pizza, entertainment for the little ones, and the carnival lottery draw.

In 2025, participation was once again completely free, confirming the popular and inclusive vocation of a festival that has represented the most heartfelt appointment in the Castelverde calendar for over twenty years.
