The 37th Edition (2025)

In 2025, the Castelnuovo Gastronomy Festival celebrated its 37th edition, from June 27 to July 6, in Castelnuovo di Assisi. The novelty of the year was the inauguration of a new venue, built by the Pro Loco of Castelnuovo to host the event.

Every evening, the stalls offered numerous specialties of Castelnuovo and Umbrian typical cuisine. On the entertainment front, dancing evenings with some of the best Italian orchestras and the return, after more than a decade, of the NC Pub, active over two weekends with six DJ set evenings.
