Edition 2025 — Porchetta Festival

The 45th edition of the Castellina Marittima Porchetta Festival took place on August 23 and 24, 2025, at Parco Montauti, organized by the Parish Council of Saint John the Baptist. Two days dedicated to traditional Tuscan flavors: porchetta prepared according to the ancient local recipe, pasta dishes, polenta, mixed grills, chicken, roasts, and regional wines, with evenings enlivened by music, dancing, a raffle, and a charity fair.

The 45th Porchetta Festival of Castellina Marittima was held on August 23 and 24, 2025, at Parco Montauti. On Saturday, August 23, the food stand opened for dinner at 8:00 PM, with music and dancing from 9:30 PM; on Sunday, August 24, it opened for lunch at 1:00 PM and dinner at 8:00 PM, again with a dance evening. The star was the porchetta prepared according to ancient tradition, accompanied by typical Tuscan dishes and local wine. The event, linked to the feast of the patron saint Saint John the Baptist, also featured a charity fair and the traditional raffle with great prizes.
