Castellar Scarecrow Festival

The 31st edition of the Castellar Scarecrow Festival was held on May 4, 10, and 11, 2025. The village, a hamlet of Saluzzo in the Cuneo province, was animated by over 200 scarecrows made from recycled materials and distributed along the streets, courtyards, orchards, and vineyards of the town.

The program featured the festival's proven formula: play workshops for children, puppet shows, street theater, wandering artists, and live music, in addition to the usual guided tours and tastings of local products. The participants' creations, collected until April 30 at the association's headquarters on Via Maestra 38, enriched the village path in a popular festive atmosphere open to all ages.
