Edition 2025 — Castellano Carnival
The 2025 edition of the Castellano Carnival in Castelfidardo was held on Sunday, March 2nd, with an alternative date set for March 9th in case of bad weather. The procession started at 2:30 PM from Piazzale Donizetti towards Piazza della Repubblica, where entertainment and shows were concentrated from 3:00 PM onwards.
About twelve local associations participated, including I Favolosi Anni 70, Pallavolo Fidardense, Vis Basket, Azione Cattolica, Croce Verde, Moto Club Castelfidardo, and IIS Laeng Meucci. The program offered stilt walking, magic, and juggling shows (at 3:30 PM and 5:30 PM), musical entertainment by students from Laeng Meucci with speaker Maurizio Casarola and "Gli Esperti rispondono", as well as tastings of castagnole, candies, and drinks. The event was coordinated by the Department of Culture and the Pro Loco.
